Cylinder WrapWraps an image around a cylinder — the axis is detected automatically.Membungkus gambar mengelilingi silinder — sumbu terdeteksi otomatis.

Face FillScales and positions an image automatically to fill the selected faces.Skala & posisi gambar otomatis supaya mengisi face terpilih.

Both tools are in the MapEasy toolbar, the Extensions › MapEasy menu and right-click › MapEasy.

Kedua alat ada di toolbar MapEasy, menu Extensions › MapEasy, dan klik kanan › MapEasy.

1. Installation1. Instalasi

Extensions › Extension Manager › Install Extension…, choose ad_mapeasy-1.1.0.rbz.
If an unsigned extension warning appears, choose Yes.
The MapEasy toolbar appears. If not: View › Toolbars › MapEasy.

Extensions › Extension Manager › Install Extension…, pilih ad_mapeasy-1.1.0.rbz.
Bila muncul peringatan unsigned extension, pilih Yes.
Toolbar MapEasy muncul. Jika tidak: View › Toolbars › MapEasy.

One .rbz file for Windows and Mac. Requires SketchUp 2021 or newer.

Installed the standalone Cylinder Wrap before? Its features are part of MapEasy now. Uninstall Cylinder Wrap in the Extension Manager to avoid duplicate menus.

Sudah memasang Cylinder Wrap terpisah? Fiturnya sudah ada di MapEasy. Uninstall Cylinder Wrap lewat Extension Manager agar menu tidak dobel.

2. Prepare a textured material2. Siapkan material bertekstur

Window › Default Tray › Materials › Create Material.
Tick Use texture image, choose an image, give it a name, OK.

Window › Default Tray › Materials › Create Material.
Centang Use texture image, pilih gambar, beri nama, OK.

Only textured materials appear in the MapEasy dialogs. The material currently active in the Paint Bucket is preselected.

Hanya material bertekstur yang muncul di dialog MapEasy. Material yang sedang aktif di Paint Bucket otomatis terpilih.

3. Face Fill

Select one or more faces (they may be inside a group/component, or select the group itself).
Click Face Fill, fill in the dialog, OK. One operation = one Undo.

Pilih satu atau beberapa face (boleh di dalam group/component, atau pilih group-nya).
Klik Face Fill, isi dialog, OK. Satu kali proses = satu Undo.

Fill mode	Stretch — the image is stretched to fit the face exactly (ratio may change). Cover — the image covers the whole face, ratio kept; the excess is cropped evenly around the centre. Contain — the whole image is centred, ratio kept; the rest of the face shows texture repeats. Stretch — gambar ditarik pas ke face (rasio boleh berubah). Cover — gambar menutup penuh, rasio dijaga; bagian yang lebih terpotong rata di tengah. Contain — gambar utuh di tengah, rasio dijaga; sisa face berisi ulangan tekstur.
Multiple faces	Per face — every face gets its own full image. Spanned — one image runs across all selected faces: faces connected by edges (folds, slopes, box corners) are unfolded like an applied sticker, and separate coplanar faces (e.g. a backdrop split into panels) are joined too. Per face — tiap face berisi gambar penuh sendiri. Spanned (dibentang) — satu gambar melintasi semua face terpilih: face yang bersambung lewat edge (lipatan, bidang miring, sudut box) dibentangkan seperti stiker yang ditempel, dan face sebidang yang terpisah (mis. backdrop terbagi panel) ikut bergabung.
Rotate image (°)	0 / 90 / 180 / 270° clockwise.0 / 90 / 180 / 270° searah jarum jam.
Flip horizontal / vertical	Mirrors the image.Mencerminkan gambar.

Image direction is automatic: the top of the image points up (floors/ceilings: towards the green/Y axis). Faces rotated within their plane — e.g. a panel turned 30° — are still filled exactly, because MapEasy finds the smallest rectangle around the face.

Arah gambar otomatis: bagian atas gambar menghadap ke atas (lantai/plafon: ke arah sumbu hijau/Y). Face yang miring di bidangnya — mis. panel diputar 30° — tetap terisi pas karena MapEasy mencari kotak terkecil yang membungkus face.

Spanned across a fold — Spanned: one image continues across vertical–sloped–vertical faces.Spanned: satu gambar menyambung melewati face tegak–miring–tegak.

Rotate, flip, group, floor — Rotate 90°, flip horizontal, scaled & rotated group, floor.Putar 90°, Flip horizontal, group yang diskala & diputar, lantai.

4. Cylinder Wrap

Select a cylinder (group/component, or its side faces; a part of the sides is fine).
Click Cylinder Wrap, fill in the dialog, OK.

Pilih silinder (group/component, atau face-face sisinya; boleh hanya sebagian sisi).
Klik Cylinder Wrap, isi dialog, OK.

The centre of the image faces the front (the Front view direction); the seam is at the back. Top/bottom caps are skipped automatically, and reversed faces still look right from outside.

Tengah gambar ada di sisi depan (arah tampilan Front), sambungan di belakang. Tutup atas/bawah dilewati otomatis, face terbalik tetap tampil benar dari luar.

5. Tips5. Tips

A material on a component changes in all of its instances.
Face Fill paints the front side of a face. If a face shows blue/grey (its back side), right-click › Reverse Faces and run it again.
To adjust the texture by hand: right-click the face › Texture › Position.
Very short, wide cylinders (like discs): if the result looks wrong, choose axis X / Y / Z manually.

Material pada component berubah di semua instance-nya.
Face Fill memasang gambar di sisi depan face. Jika face tampil biru/abu (sisi belakang), klik kanan › Reverse Faces lalu ulangi.
Atur ulang posisi tekstur secara manual: klik kanan face › Texture › Position.
Silinder sangat pendek dan lebar (seperti piringan): bila hasil aneh, pilih sumbu X / Y / Z manual.

7. Uninstall

Extensions › Extension Manager › MapEasy › Uninstall, then restart SketchUp.
